This review is from: Kettler CAT Digger (Sports) My grandson loves this digger - has it in a big pea-gravel patch, and took it to the beach last week. It was fairly easy for the two of us to put together - at 4, he was able to interpret the pictoral instructions and find various parts. The flaws: There is one bolt on the arm that is impossible to finger-tighten, and it took some asking around to borrow an adjustable wrench small enough to use. And the wheelbase could be a little broader. My grandson has to brace with his feet when the arm is extended. Overall, the quality is good. Some of the plastic parts seem perhaps a little lacking in heft, but it's probably good for a couple of years of play. This review is from: Kettler CAT Digger (Sports) My 3 year old son loves this. It's very sturdy and can really dig (in soft dirt or sand only) it won't break ground though. It's easy to maneuver & he fits on it perfectly; in fact it's a little big for him, and he's a big three year old too(45lbs, & 3.5 ft tall) It's the perfect size for my 7 year old who also plays with it. I wish it wasn't so expensive though. As nice as it is, I have to say that it IS overpriced. But if you're like me & know that your kid would love it, you won't be sorry if you get it for him. This review is from: Kettler CAT Digger (Sports) I got this as a birthday present for my girlfriend's son for his 5th birthday. he went gaga over it, and used it constantly in the sand box. It is fairly sturdy and easy to use. It hold a decent amount of weight. I could sit on it and I'm 175lbs and it held up. It's a great toy!
